Terms and conditions

• All information provided to the therapist is to the best of the clients knowledge.

• ​Permission is given to the therapist to perform the procedure on the client and it is understood that they will take every precaution to minimalise/eliminate any negative reactions that may occur as a result of the treatment.

• The client agrees to follow aftercare advice given and is of the understanding that failure to do so can cause premature loss of the lashes or irritation/infection and the therapist will not be held responsible for this.

• The client agrees for the therapist to use before and after pictures for advertisement where appropriate.

• If, for any reason the client is unhappy with their treatment the client must inform the therapist ASAP, and no later than 3 days after the treatment. 

• ​The client is of the understanding that the therapist will not issue refunds on any treatment but will always work with the client in the rare event of any problems.

• The client is of the understanding that this agreement will remain in effect for the procedure and all future treatments

• The client must inform the therapist if there are any changes in clients medical history.

• Client gives therapist permission to contact them (using the contact details provided) regarding appointments, future appointments, offers and changes to the business.

• All client details will be kept confidential and locked in storage

• Any information kept online about client will be placed in password protected storage online.

• By clicking agree with terms and conditions on this website the client agrees to everything in the terms and conditions

• If the client is more than 10 minutes late for their appointment they will be of the understanding that the therapist will either reschedule the appointment or (if possible) go ahead with the service (charged at full price) but the client will accept that they wont receive a full service.
